Question about Uniden Cordless phone EXS9950
This is a 2.4 ghz unit with an answering machine and two portable phones with two separate cradles. Last night with an incoming call, we were unable to use both phones to talk with the incoming caller. Only one would work. Shouldn't we be able to utilize the second phone just like an extension?
Most multi-phone systems require you to dock the phone in the main cradle to sync it up with the system. not sure if you tried this already but it's pretty simple to do. just insert handswt 1 into the main base (answering machine) then remove it and plug the second hand set into the main base. you also have to keep in mind thatr when you answer the cakk with say handset one the only way you can use the second handset is by transferring the call. if your phones handsets are equipt with a transfer button then that may the problem
