30 locked up

I just installed the latest software on my 30 and now it will not reboot. I pulled the battery and reconnected. The unit started up in step one to connect the zune. I connected it but during the second part of the bootup it stops half way through?????????/
The key reboot doesnot respond either

MasterTry troubleshooting it on windows. If that dose not work call microsoft service expert.
