Loading disk

I purchased a new computer. I installed quckick verse version 7 in it, and it worked great. Now if I try to use QV the message tells me to install a certain disk, but when I do it will not load the disk it keeps asking me to load the disk.
I have windows vista

ill sugest u to talk to manu tech cause they can tsake access of ur computer and can pin point cause... a lots t/s needs to be done in this case
