Go to www.logitech.com and look up your camera in their Support and Drivers section. Download the drivers for the type of computer you are using.

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

Can't see icon on computer with camera connected. trying to down load pics. Reloaded program from disc. Still can't see icon

Try NOT connecting your camera to your computer.

The best way to download pictures from your camera to your computer involves removing the memory card from the camera and plugging it into a card reader (either built-in to the computer or connected via USB or FireWire). This is likely to be faster than connecting the camera to the computer, and won't run down your camera's batteries.

Once the card is plugged in, it will appear to your computer as a removable drive. You can use the operating system's drag&drop facility to copy pictures from the card to the computer's hard drive, the same way you copy any other files. Or you can use any photo cataloging program, such as Canon ZoomBrowser or Picasa.

I've installed my Logitech Quickcam Deluxe for Notebooks, adjusted the lens for focus, and I've updated to the new drivers. But my camera is still choppy and slow, using Logitech's "RightLight" technology....

I have the same logtech, it is always slow, like any other video camra dont worry this is not a big issue. Go and to your manuel and find out the website of the ppl whom made it.................find updates for the logtech. this might make it go faster. from slightly to alot.
