Why won't my washer spinout?

My washer just stopped spinning. It fills up and aggitates but will not drain or spin out. Any ideas on why?

The problem is the DRAIN MOTOR PUMP is clogged , need to open washer and look for a small motor with 2 hoses attach to it, take motor out and clean and inspect for any debris stuck in the impellers , hope this helpful , AJ

Sounds like a cycle switch problem. The switch is not turning and making contact with the next cycle. It needs to be changed!

You might have a partially clogged drain past your drain hose
(In the wall etc)
Thats overflowing behind the washer.
Watch the drain for a few washings and see if it overflows
It may be second or third or fifth load. Its hard to catch

Kenmore top loader washer aggitates but does not spin out the water it drains but no spining any ideas?

The spinning coil might be not received power supply properly please check it then check spinning coil if it faulty means kindly change the motor

Washing machine will not aggitate.

if it fills with water then stops check you lid or door switch. will the unit drain or spin if so the the timer may be bad

Series 70 washer will not aggitate, spin or drain

Even "empty" - there is still water in the tub to keep the seals moist.

Let it thaw completely - or put some hot water in the tub to thaw.

You may already have damaged the coupling/drive belt if it was frozen.

Water won't drain out

Possible lid lock, check the lid is locked when it should be spinning or pump jammed and check the draim filter. Regards Advisor
