Refrigerator and freezer have stopped

refrigerator and freezer have stopped getting cold. Whirlpool model ED5PHAXMB00. What troubleshooting steps are available to determine the problem?

Thank you for the suggestion. I found the techsheet but it did not have any useful tips. It sounds like the compressor has stopped working. I hear it clicking on and off every few minutes but it is not getting cold. I guess I'll have to call for service.

there should be a troubleshooter/techsheet behond t he kickplate under refrig
