Camera

How come when you send in a product with a battery. The battery comes up missing? And when you try to get a new one they send you to all kinds of different people to jump through hoops and they just tell you to go somewhere else. Best Buy has had my camera for over a month and I still can't use it after it was fixed because there is NO battery and now i have to wait to call during regular business hours for something that should have been fixed in the first place. Not to mention it is going to take over a week to get a battery and then 2 weeks or more to get reimbursed from Best Buy for a battery I have to purchase elsewhere because they have to do research?? Does this sound like good Customer service?
