Check drum cartridge

There was a paper jam and paper was removed. Message appeared "message in Memory / check drum cartridge". New drum cartridge was "dropped" into the machine as always, but error message remains teh same "Message in Memory/check drum cartridge"

MasterYou need to clean the drum surface as well the charger roller. Removing the paper jammed can caused the surface get the dirty by toner split.
