You won't find that here and Dell may not even release service info to individuals; I had a business with monitor repair as one of my most frequent repairs - well, until the Chinese could make them cheaper than I could repair them.
And, unless you have some training in electronics, a few pieces of needed test equipment, the service literature probably won't help you much.
I repaired in excess of 2,000 monitors and had service literature on exactly three models.
If you care to describe the problem you are having, I can probably give you some tips although the first one I'll give you now; unique parts in that unit will not be available any more. Standard semi's are easy but the flyback and any programmable ICs may not have ever been available except to authorized Dell service centers.

Good grief! FInd a tech that knows what he is doing. You can replace the plug and/or the jack. Each is a few dollars at most. You can even do it yourself. If you can see where wires went just buy new parts. They are probably available even at Radio Shack.

Testimonial: "Good advice, but someone who examined the carnage said there were either four or five wires (can't recall) and the plug to the machine has eight pins."

Is volume at headphone normal? Does volume control vary the volume even though it might be low?
Has any internaal settings been changed before this happened? Has an accident happened involving the output cables?
