hi gud mrng,use nokia higher models like 5800 or 5233 insert ur memory card and go to file manager select memory options format memory card problem will be solved

Try: Menu > Gallery > The memory card should be highlighted so press options > Format Memory Card

If you cannot see the memory card in the gallery then it may not be compatible with your phone or of a larger capacity than what it can accept.

VIRUS/FORMAT




First: better use kasperaskey anti virus.
If your desktop pc or laptop has antivirus,
have your pc scan your fon memory through bluetooth, or usb cable

OR:
If you have Virus On mobile
1 - remove memory card.
2 - dial *#7780# or *#7073*
3 - It format your Phone
4 - Format memory card.

This is a problem due to the memory card IC.The IC has to be replaced .Better contact service centre.If you are familiar with Mobile Circuits you can follow the instruction in the following diagarm.this will solve the problem

select your memory card -> options -> format memory card option.

After the format you can use your card to store files as you wish.

Note: Format will erase all the existing files from your card

i have nokia 3110 classic mobile. the memory card is nokia. i set password for my memcard. i had a software problem with my phone. so i gave for installing sw for my phn. after installing the software, when i opened my mem card it asked password. but i forgot the password. so i wnt to format it. but for formatting also it asks password. pl solve my problem

whenever u want to format any thing ,use quick formating otherwise it will creat a problem ok ,try to format the memo card by connecting it with ur computer

There are 2 ways to format ur nokia 3110c
Step1.
1.hard reset
hard reset using this code *#7370# (ALL DATA WILL BE DELETED)

Step2.
1: Turn off your mobile
2: remove your memory card
3: Turn it on again
4: Go to Menu then Applications
5: there will be 2 folders games and collection
6: open each one seperatley and delete everything inside them>
7: Turn your phone off replace the memory card then Turn it on and have fun no more problems try it
