Open the eject door and at the lower right side of the cartridge their should be a small indent that looks like you could poke it with a medium point pen. That's a reset for the changer. If that does not work, you will need to remove the changer from the car, pull off the top, plug the cable back in and hit eject. look for the arm on the backside of the cartridge and give it a nudge. It may just be stuck. Loading mechanisms usually do not fail before the optics or other!. is there a coin holder in front of the changer? if so, there may be a coin lodged inside the changer preventing the carrier mechanism from moving. look on the bottom of the changer to see if a coin might be stuck.
