The trick is to make sure it is turned OFF and unplugged and then using a paper clip or similar press the manula eject ( a small hole on ur under the tray.
I have also used the flat end of a nail file to CAREFULLY pry open the tray. Or two nail files, one at each end of the tray
Even the best of us have made this error me included.
