Question about Intel Motherboard
OK., I re-installed windows xp and now my graphics are stuck at 640x480 and 16 different colors,4-bit. I have no graphics driver or VGA driver. I have tried downloading the drivers for my monitor, Acer AL1917W. When I do install from a specific location, I browse to the folder with the INF files in it and it says "No info for your hardware is in this folder". I need a driver for my video card built in to my gigabyte 81845gv motherboard. I also need a VGA driver. Can you help me??? Please answer as soon as possible.
as windows 7 is still in beta stages most drivers are not available for it yet......
are you running the 32bit or 64bit version ??
i ask this because either version is compatible with windows vista so you could try obtaining these drivers from intel.......
hope i helped

none of the mixer lines are muted are they ?
If you double click on the speaker icon in the system tray or go to audio / sound in control panel and check in there.
Also have you got the speakers / headphones connected to the correct port ?

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
