Question about Garden
The chipper wheel, with is heavy, is secured with a bolt or bolts to the crankshaft. Once the bolts are removed, you can hit the sides of the chipper/impeller with a mallet @ 12,3,6,9 o'clock positions to get it to break loose or use a puller to break it loose. The shaft is tapered, and this taper locks the impeller to the shaft as well as the bolt(s).
