Washer is non operational in all modes even when the door switchk is manually closed and run & selector switch is moved to all positions-fill/wash/spin etc. power from the wall outlet is good 120v a.c.

Either the door switch is bad (which can be tested with a multi-tester on the RX1 ohm setting) Or the selector switch is faulty which can also be tested, or lastly the control board is faulty.

Sounds like a bad relay array, or timer module. The little motor that makes the selector move (and then trip the function switches inside the timer module) could have trouble moving the selector past a certain point. When the machine stops, press your ear up against the timer module. Do you hear the little timer motor running? Yes? then it's probably the timer module itself, not the timer motor. I say this because you can manually move the selector to activate the modes.
This is a issue with the way the water is moving & or heating in the unit. There should be a tech mini manual behind the motor kick panel. The manual describs the failure and it's correction. Depending the the model year & run / revision code, this error could be caused by low water level, a bad thermistor, the control board not sensing inputs, bad heater or door interlock switch issues. attached is a couple of help sheets. They are general in scope.

Air distribution within the vehicle is determined by the function selector switch position. Two airflow mode doors are used to direct airflow within the heater core and evaporator core housing. The function selector switch/cable assembly is used to position these airflow mode doors. Refer to Section 412-00 for description and operation of each of the system functions.

The function selector cable assembly moves the airflow mode doors to the desired position using a 2-sided pull-pull type cable assembly. The function selector controls the cable movement. The end of the cable assembly attaches to the airflow mode door/temperature blend door actuating assembly which transfers the cable movement to the 2 airflow mode doors.
An electrical switch is incorporated into the function selector to notify the A/C switch assembly if DEFROST or FLOOR/DEFROST is selected. When DEFROST or FLOOR/DEFROST is selected, the A/C switch assembly will disable the RECIRC request button and send an A/C request to the powertrain control module (PCM) regardless of the A/C request button indicator ON/OFF status.

Remove the 4 bolts and position aside the lower steering column cover.
Remove the function selector knob.
Remove the center instrument panel finish panel.
Disconnect the cigar lighter electrical connector.
Detach the function selector switch.
Disconnect the electrical connector.
Remove the screw and detach the function selector switch.
Detach the function selector cable and remove the function selector switch/cable assembly.

Rear Side Door Actuator Control Module
The rear side door actuator control module is capable of on-board diagnostic functions described in On-Board Diagnostic Features . The rear side door actuator control module monitors the door position at all times including during manual operation. After activating the on-board diagnostic modes, loosing battery voltage, or ground to the rear side door actuator control module the Power Sliding Door (PSD) Re-Initialization procedure must be performed in order for the rear side door actuator control module to correctly determine the door position.
Power Sliding Door System Description
The power sliding door system(s) can operate correctly only if the power sliding door is in proper mechanical condition. Any mechanical problems will affect the power sliding door operation and must be repaired before attempting to diagnose the power sliding door system. Manually open and close the power sliding door to determine if the door moves smoothly and without excessive resistance or binding. The power sliding door must also latch and unlatch without the use of excessive force. At any time during power sliding door open or close operation, excessive resistance to the door movement will cause the power sliding door to stop and reverse the direction of travel.
The power sliding door will operate only when the power sliding door on/off switch in the overhead console is in the on position. At anytime during power sliding door operation the on/off switch may be turned to the off position and the system will quit any function in process. The power sliding door will not open unless the transmission shift lever is in the park position and the door is unlocked. When the sliding door security lock is in the locked position the power sliding door will not open from the inside. The power sliding door close function will operate when the vehicle is in gear. The power sliding door module uses the VSS signal to determine if the vehicle is moving during a power sliding door close function. The momentum of the vehicle moving forward adds resistance to the door closing operation. When the rear side door actuator control module determines the vehicle is moving forward while closing the door, current flow through the actuator motor is increased instead of being reversed. The VSS signal circuit is supplied battery positive voltage through a resistor then monitored within the rear side door actuator control module. The VSS signal circuit is then pulsed to ground, or pulled low by the powertrain control module in relation to vehicle speed. The sliding door alarm will sound repeated short tones whenever the power sliding door system is turned on and the door is open while the transmission is out of park.
When the power sliding door system is on and manual operation of the power sliding door is detected the rear side door actuator control module activates the power assist feature. When the power assist is activated the power sliding door will continue to open or close without any further manual effort.
The power sliding doors may be operated using the Remote Keyless Entry System. The keyless entry transmitter will have one OPEN/CLOSE button with a van symbol on it for each power sliding door. The power sliding door ON/OFF switches in the overhead console must be in the ON position in order to operate the power sliding doors using the keyless entry transmitter. When a right hand power sliding door OPEN/CLOSE function is activated using a keyless entry transmitter the exterior lights will flash once indicating the RKE module has received the OPEN/CLOSE command. When activating a left hand power sliding door OPEN/CLOSE function with the keyless entry transmitter the exterior lights will not flash.
On-Board Diagnostic Features
The left and right power sliding door systems operate as independent systems. The on-board diagnostic modes are entered and operate the same in both systems.
The power sliding door systems are capable of the following on-board diagnostic functions:
• Diagnostic Mode 1: An audible signal indicates the diagnostic trouble codes stored by the rear side door actuator control module.
• Diagnostic Mode 2: An audible signal indicates when inputs to the rear side door actuator control module are active.
• Diagnostic Mode 3: Performs an output test of the sliding door unlatch actuator.
Entering On-Board Diagnostics
The on-board diagnostic modes can only be entered in a sequential order from modes 1-3.
• Enter the right power sliding door system on-board diagnostics using the right B-pillar open/close switch and the right on/off switch in the overhead console.
• Enter the left power sliding door system on-board diagnostics using the left B-pillar open/close switch and the left on/off switch in the overhead console.
1. Both power sliding doors must be closed and in the latched position.
2. Place the ignition switch in the OFF position.
3. Place the on/off switch in the overhead console to the OFF position.
4. Press and hold the B-pillar power sliding door open/close switch.
5. While holding the open/close switch, operate the on/off switch through 10 ON and OFF cycles within 10 seconds stopping in the on position.
6. The sliding door alarm will sound 1 long tone indicating diagnostic mode 1 is active.
Diagnostic Mode 1
Upon activating diagnostic mode 1, DTCs will begin to be signaled by the sliding door alarm. The DTCs are 2 digit codes and the codes are represented by the number of buzzes for each digit of the code number. For example a DTC 12 is represented with the following sequence: buzz, pause, buzz, buzz, long pause. Each DTC will be signaled 3 times before proceeding to the next DTC. Refer to Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) List . The DTCs will continue to be repeated in this manner until the on-board diagnostics are exited or mode 2 is entered. When exiting the on-board diagnostics all stored DTCs will be erased from the rear side door actuator control module memory.
Close the door firmly and make sure the machine is turned on. Press and hold the Chime and Extra Rinse keys until the control beeps to enter Service Mode. All indicator lights will turn off except the "Door Lock' indicator signifying the door is locked.
Press the Rinse & Spin key then rotate the cycle selector knob in either direction to display the most recent error codes if there's any. Press and hold the cycle selector to display the number of cycles since the error occurred. List down at least five most recent codes and post it here for us to determine what the problem could be. Press and hold the Delay and Chime keys for three seconds to clear the list. Press the Rinse & Spin key again to exit diagnostic codes list.
Press the Spin Only key while in the Service Mode to begin the Board Input Test. Set the rotary cycle selector to Super Wash then press it to display the position of the door switch. "OP" will be displayed if the door switch is open or "CL" if it is close. Replace the door lock/switch assembly (part #34001265) when "OP" is displayed even the door is close. Press the Spin Only key again to exit the Board Input Test.
Press the Spin Speed key while in the Service Mode to begin the Board Output Test. If water is present in the tub, set the rotary cycle selector to Quick Wash then press it to turn on the drain pump and drain the water. Press the rotary cycle selector again when the water is fully drained to turn off the drain pump.
Press the Delay button to turn on the motor and the Delay indicator light. The machine should tumble clockwise then counterclockwise with 5 second durations each and 2 second intervals. Press the Spin Speed key again to exit the Board Output Test.
Press Off or press and hold Chime and Extra Rinse keys for three seconds to exit Service Mode. Unplugging the washer will also exit Service Mode.

DOOR SWITCH ERROR If the door has not been opened for 3 consecutive cycles or the door switch is open while the door is locked for more than 5 seconds.
Door not opened during 3 consecutive cycles. 1. Open and close the door. 2. Verify CCU operation by running a Diagnostic Test or any cycle.
Door switch open while door is locked. 1. Push the door and check if it is completely closed. 2. Verify CCU operation by running a Diagnostic Test or any cycle.
Faulty door Switch or CCU board or door not closed during run cycle.
Starting Diagnostic Test and bypassing the Service History Mode: Execute this procedure with an empty drum. All of the steps below must be done in sequence in order to reach the Diagnostic Test. This executes the automatic test but does not show the error history. Close the door. Push POWER. Select the CLEAN WASHER cycle. Press EXTRA RINSE four times within 5 seconds. Press EXTRA RINSE to advance to the next step of the test procedure. If the starting procedure fails, push PAUSE/CANCEL, then repeat the starting procedure.
No Blower in Floor Mode
A customer arrives with a 1983 to 1995 Full Size Ford, Lincoln, or Mercury
automobile with automatic temperature control. If the complaint is no blower operation when
the floor mode is selected, the vehicle may have a problem with the thermal blower lockout
switch also referred to as the CELO (cold engine lock out switch).
The thermal blower lock out switch is located in the heater core intake hose. The two
wire switch has a thermal element with a small set of contacts, the contacts are open when the
coolant is below 120°F and closed when the coolant is above 120°F. The thermal blower lock
out switch also contains a vacuum switch, which applies vacuum to the outside/recirculate
valve when the system is in the floor position. When the engine coolant is below 120 degrees
and the selector is set to floor position, the thermal blower lock out prevents blower from
turning on and closes off the outside air during engine warm-up. When the coolant
temperature is above 120 degrees, and the selector is set to the floor position, the thermal
blower lock out switch allows the blower to operate and opens the outside air door.
In order to diagnose this problem, test the thermal blower lockout switch with the
engine at normal operating temperature (above 120°F). Unplug the wire harness connector
from the thermal blower lockout switch. Using a 15-amp fused wire, jumper the harness
terminals to test the switch. If the blower comes on, the thermal blower lock out switch is
faulty. If the blower doesn’t come on, look for an open between the control head selector and
thermal blower lock out switch.
In some cases the blower may continually run even when the engine temperature is
below 120 degrees. Unplug the thermal blower lock out switch and if the blower motor turns
off, the thermal blower lock out switch is faulty. If the motor continues to run, look for a
short to power between the control head selector and thermal blower lock out switch
