I have an older computer (2003). Someone sent me an audio email. (I think that's what it's called) and I have tried everything to retrieve it with no luck. Any answers?

The error may have come from one of your recipients. Your group email may have BEEN sent to everyone else in the group, just not that one recipient, who hasn't retrieved their email since October last year.

Has anyone in the group died? Moved to a different email provider?

Call your old phone number, talk to the new owner, explain the problem and ask them to text you the reset code when they get it.

Refer to your owner’s manual for the specific procedure (the following usually will work: Turn the radio off. Push the preset 1, preset 6, and power buttons at the same time, then quickly release.)
