2 options firstly the easy one, try hovering through the vents to remove the build up of dust, this usally solves 80% of the problems with overheating, if that will not work you will have to reseat the cpu and apply more thermal paste.

When hot my clio cuts out and sometimes after 5 or 10 minutes it start again for a while then cut out again

The computer is doing this to protect the processor and RAM. depending on how long the computer will run for after it has cut out you may need to replace the Processor and RAM. If the computer will run for 2 days without a problem after cutting out than you simply need to shut the computer down more often after you are finished with it.

If the computer will run for 4 hours without a problem after cutting out, than it is the graphics card that is causing the problem, 1st make sure the graphics card is in the socket and any cables are securely attached, than try it again if the same problem occurs replace the graphics card.

If the computer will run for an hour without a problem after cutting out than it is a problem with the Processor and Ram, without another computer with an identical processor socket you can not test this and have to replace both. If you do have another computer with a motherboard that has an identical processor socket, you can test the processor simply by swapping them around and running it in your other computer. If the problem occurs again swap the processors back and than swap the RAM cards one at a time. If after doing this you still have a problem The solution is to replace the Power supply.

If the computer will run for less than 30 minutes with out a problem after cutting out than the problem is with the cooling and heat dissipation in your computer. Try upgrading the CPU heat sink and CPU Fan, you might also want to try adding some RAM Heat sinks to your RAM cards, and maybe a Graphics Card Heat sink. But most definitely upgrade the number of fans and if possible the size of a case fan in your computer. Try running your computer in a cooler environment.

If you still have problems after upgrading the cooling than the Problem is the Power Supply you need to replace this. If you want to go back to the old cooling system you were using most computer shops will give you a refund as long as components are not damaged and are clean, and in there boxes with the receipt. But at the price of desktop cooling components these days you would be bettor off keeping them in my opinion as they come in useful for all sorts of things. 4 cpu fans glued together correctly and you have a room fan lol
Good luck.

I have a Avanti dryer and after its on a few minutes it also cuts off. Can you tell me why or what to do to fix this problem?

see this causes and fix it. God bless you
Timer
The timer could be the problem. To check this, turn the timer to a timed cycle say 30 minutes or so then time it. If in 30 minutes the timer hasn't moved and the dryer is still on, the timer is bad and needs replacing. If in 30 minutes the dryer is off, the heating element is your problem

Heating Element
This is the most likely cause for some dryers timer not advancing. Some dryers have two heating elements and if one goes out the timer will not advance if you use it on an automatic cycle but you will still feel heat inside the tub.Replace the Heating Elements

Sime ecomfort plus 30 HE keeps cutting out and shows a flashing green light. Sometimes it will run ok for a couple of hours before cutting out.

I had the identical problem with the same model. Technician eventually diagnosed faulty fan; the fan cools the heat exchanger. When fan fails, exchanger overheats and boiler automatically shuts down. It is possible to restart the boiler when it cools down but when the heat rises again - off it goes! Only answer is to replace the fan. My technician did the same as yours - on first visit he got the boiler running and left. Half hour later, boiler shut down. I read the installation manual and operating instructions and when he called again I pointed him in direction of fan, which had failed completely. These guys!

AC WORKS FINE HEAT COMES ON BUT WHEN TEMP IS REACHED FAN NEVER GOES OFF AND TROUBLE WITH HEAT COMING BACK ON

When temp reached to thermostat level heatewr only will cut off not the blower. And secondly all thermostat at heat stage will cut off at the end of +2 degree and cut in starting of -2 degree.

E.g; If you keep 30 degree heat it will cut off at 32 and cut in 28 degree.

I have a 2 ton Goodman heat pump. when it gets to the temp. it is set on it will not cut off. I can cut the thermostat back 2 degrees and it will cut off until it gets cold enough to come back on and then...

Heat pump have coeficient of performance. They are rated at about 60 degrees. So at 60 degrees you get 24,000 but the colder it gets the lower the rate 40 degrees18,000 and so on. Now on your Goodman depending how cold it is outside a heat pump reaches a balance where it runs all the time. That is if your heat pump is charged correctly. Your problem might be that it is a little low on Freon. Also your back up or auxillary heat to comes on to help keep up. On some tstats that is about 2 degrees behind the set temp. On digital tstats if the heat pump can not keep up it is about two minutes behind. I hope I have not confused you but it is better for the heat pump to run and pull 9 amps than the electric abck up to come on pull 9 plus 20 to 30 for the heat. Answer just have your charge checked ask for Service check special I have them with my company and it cost about 50.00 to check and clean systen Freon exrtra. Check your aair temp between the inlet and the closest outley should be at least 20 to 25 degree rise in temp. FEEDBACK WELOME Rus

Engine cuts out and wont restart for maybe 20/30 minutes

honestly, I've not seen an alfa romeo here in the philippines but i think you problem is partly electrical and the electronic side of the car. something on your car is heating up so much that it cuts the power to the ignition once it has. it is a possibility that a damaged ignition coil or a faulty computer box(if your car has one) or the control system that regulates the spark distribution system or the injectors(if your car is fuel injected type).
