Hy Shellyvilleg solution for your problem is :
hard reset it but this will delete all data so first make backup.
for hard reset : switch off device, after this press and hold power button+volume down key+ Home Key up to 10 sec.to hard reset it.After this your device is ready to use.Best of Luck. if may solution was helpful rate it.Thanks for Visiting Fixya.com.

Tips for a great answer:
It should be the last four digits of the phone number on that phone. If it was changed, If you move the phone onto a different phone number the lock code will default to the last 4 digits of that phone number. Then move the phone back onto your phone number and it will be reset to the last 4 digits of your phone number.
