A couple of things to check, first the slow speed jet is open too much, needs to be closed down a hair, these are very sensitive so don't move it too much, 1/4 turn at a time. Then the fuel oil mix, might have too much oil, and then the spark plug may need to be hotter, if you can get one. If you can't find one in champion brand, try NGK, they are about the best for 2 stroke engines. Hope this helps.

Spark plugs foul immediately

Fouled plugs may be caused by oil leaking into the cylinder. Does it smoke when running (cold), are you using up the crank oil. Black smoke is excess gas comsumption, blue smoke is oil burning. If your plug is fouled with black carbon, you are most likely running to rich.

It seems I'm getting too much gas,my plugs are fouled out. The truck runs fine for 5 min when it's cold, then it will foul out if I don't keep giving it gas.

Sounds like your actually not getting enough gas, then your fouling your plugs because something isn't firing right. When your vehicle is cold it uses more gas to run smoother, then when it warms up it is leaning the fuel out and you have to keep giving it gas because it wants to die from not getting enough fuel. Whens the last time you've done a full tune up? or timing adjustment? check easy things first like air filter, plug wires....I'm sorry but I think it's going to be something a bit more difficult, atleast first start with your air filter.

Hello jonbon742, if you haven't already, change your air filter. 75% of the time when people have the symtoms you do it is caused by the air filter.
