Usually, when you try to print a document or a web page, like if you right-click a page and click print, you should get a print window where you will find the section to indicate the number of copies to print. on the same area, you can usually find the Collate option. Just select it and click OK. In other cases, you may find this option on the Printer Properties.
in case the previous suggestion did not work, next option would be to try reinstalling the printer driver .
sorry, was not able to get back to you sooner on this one. While on the document or page, hold down CTRL key and press the letter P key to open the Print window. Select your correct printer name. You should also find the section with the number of copies to print. By default, the COLLATE option is grayed out since the number of copies is set to 1. If you set it to at least 2, the COLLATE option will be activated so you can select it. If in case you continue to experience issues printing, proceed to uninstall and reinstall the printer driver.
