1.Choose Print from the file menu. Word displays the Print dialog box. 2. Specify the number of copies you wish to print. 3. Click on the Collate Copies check box. If the check box is selected, this indicates the copies will be collated. 4. Click on OK. Your document will be printed.

The printers RAM has failed this is where the info is stored during the print run, the site below may be able to supply the parts needed.

Usually, when you try to print a document or a web page, like if you right-click a page and click print, you should get a print window where you will find the section to indicate the number of copies to print. on the same area, you can usually find the Collate option. Just select it and click OK. In other cases, you may find this option on the Printer Properties.
