You need to open the Control Panel, double click on 'Mouse' and check through the settings. If the feature can be controlled, you will find the settings there.

How do I turn on the Digital Zoom?

First, the digital zoom feature is not available in AUTO mode.

If you're not in AUTO mode, is the digital zoom turned on in the menu? Check the "DIGITAL ZOOM" entry in the Shooting menu.

I want to disable to auto zoom feature but it will not allow me...every time i set it up it starts to auto focus and zoom...i wish to disable these..any help?thankyou

Zoom :
  • 3 x digital zoom (automatic or manual)
  • Travelling-ZoomTM function : Always be in the frame with this unique feature which tracks your face and even enlarges the field of view if there is more than one person in the frame. All completely automatic, just look at the web cam!
The above tells me that you can have automatic or manual 3x digital zoom. Go to the manual mode for the digital zoom and problem might be solved.

My screen on my iphone 3gs has zoomed in and I can only see 4 icons per page and cant sort it out

Hi, this is a feature for the iPhone. You can just zoom it back out again by double tapping the screen with 3 fingers. To switch the feature off, go settings, accessability and turn "zoom"to off. If it is on, double tap with 3 fingers zooms and same zooms out.

Regards

Jim

Focus on a particular subject?

If the camera is having trouble doing an auto focus you can try the FOCUS LOCK feature. This feature allows you to focus on another subject roughly the same distance away from you, and then move the camera back to your original subject and take your picture without losing that focus. First turn the camera on and locate the AutoFocus Target Mark in the center of the LCD. The AF Target Mark resembles an open and close bracket [ ]. Position this AF Target Mark on a subject roughly the same distance away from you as the subject that the camera is having trouble focusing on. Press the shutter button halfway enabling the lens to focus. While keeping the shutter button pressed halfway, move the camera back to include the subject you originally wanted in the image, then press the shutter fully. (Please see page 42 in the D-535 Zoom Reference Manual in Section 3, under the heading titled “If Correct Focus Cannot Be Obtained”, for a more detailed explanation.)
