Question about Philips PET702 Portable DVD Player
I'm a relative newcomer to DVD players. I have a PET702/37 and I'm pretty happy with it. Could someone tell me if it's possible to turn off the soundtrack on a DVD, so I only hear dialogue (and, presumably, sound effects)?
I don't think thats possible. what you are hearing is the 'mixed' track.
to hear the unmixed tracks (there may be 2 or 3 in all) you wld have to play the dvd using an editing software on a computer where all the audio tracks can be seen separately and one or some or all can be turned off / turned down, etc.

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
