SOURCE: IPAQ rx3115 would not bypass the screen aligning
I experienced the same problem with my rx3115 after having it for 3 days. It is working again, fortunately. I removed the battery from the device and left it alone for 24 hours. I then reinstalled the battery and connected the charger. When it powered up, it went through the initialization process in the same way that it did when I first used it. do a reset ( like full rese) or if you dont want to leave it off for a few hours and turn it back on AND DONT GO TO THAT SCREEN
