Question about Audio Players & Recorders
My iPod will not connect to my pc at all, it won't even update my library on it when go onto iTunes.
Connect your ipod to your computer, when it says "sharing", do this:
press and hold "menu" button and the center of the circle till it turns
off the screen (reseting iPod). Then wait for it to light back on. Hopefully that should work..
If you are using Vista, here is a patch from Apple:
If you're on XP, then just try reinstalling iTunes, or get the latest version HERE.(latest version 220.127.116.11)
Also try using a different port.

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
