That series usually used the STK 392-110.

It has been upgraded to the STK 392-180. 2 of them.

Panasonic rear projection tv, there is a bow at the top and bottom of the screen which makes a double image in blue and green.

Please respond to this same post with your model number and I will post the correct IC numbers of the convergence amp ICs which need replacing.

Red and green distortion

The convergence Ic needs to be replaced. I am not sure which STK number is used in that model as I dont have Info on the VZ6 chassis. But you can get a replacemeny IC with free instalation instructions at the following link.

Burnt resistors

Depending on where you bought the ICs you could have fried the new ICs when powering it up with burnt resistors as the green is controled by both ICs one IC controling the horizontal green Convergence and the other IC controling the vertical green convergence. Have you checked all the convergence resistors out of circuit?

Green Bows on top and bottom

This is most likely either bad connections on the convergence IC or a defective IC. Try resoldering the pins first. If that fails to resolve the problem, replace the IC.
