Sometimes this would happen when a bad print job got sent to the machine. I'd make sure to delete all of the print jobs in everyone's print queue on their computer then reboot the machine to see if it comes back up.

H5-01 is repeated jamming in the fuser unit, please check you have removed all paper from the heat section. press P/# * C * then 14 and copy start and follow the instructions on screen to reset.

MFPC SDRAM memory check sum error. Remove the back print control board (shiny metal + slides out like a draw) remove and refit memory cards.

L4 error code mean your copier motor fail problem.
Please press # Interrupt C interrupt press 16 press start key or print key.If are not fix this problem please check motor fuse or any kind of gear was broken.

Dear sir; This error code means "scannor memory" problem, don't worry, we can reset it, the procedure as follow;
1, make sure you are in copy mode , then press "p", "*", "clear", "*".
2, enter 16 press start.
3, press "CA" to end simulation.
