I'm not sure what your asking, but you remove the six bolts around the body of the pump then pull the halves apart. Most of these have a small disc at the back of the motor you can pry off with a small screw driver. The shaft under this will be flat on two sides and you can hold this with an adjustable wrench. While holding this then you can spin the impeller off and find the seal underneath. At this point remove the four bolts going into the front of the motor and remove the flange and simply knock the seal out with a screwdriver form the back. The other half you can pop out of the impeller and set back in with a small amount of lube. To set the other half you will need a 1" PVC coupling. This will fit nicely over the flange of the new 1000 seal. Put a small amount of silicone caulk on the rim of the seal and tap the coupling to drive it into the pump flange nice and even. Reassemble the pump but be sure to just hand tighten the impeller.
I hope this was what you were looking for and good luck.

How to change license plate blub

Depending on the year, make & model, most bulbs have a small cover over them with 2 Phillips screws holding it down. Remove the cover & you will have access to the bulb & socket. R/R the bulb & reinstall. Or if you don't have this cover try getting hold of the socket from behind the bumper, twist it counter clockwise & you will have access to the light. R/R the bulb, reinstall & twist clockwise until it locks.

Consult your owner's manual. It should show how to open your machine (if it can be opened by other than a professional).

How do I remove impeller from 2.0hp Maxi Flow pump

The instruction below may vary slightly for your model pump, but should give you the info you need to get the impeller off and get to the seal... To remove the impeller you need to lock the motor and unscrew impeller. Depending on the motor, you remove a cap in the middle of the tailpiece and hold with a wrench, or remove a cap that covers the whole end and grab the shaft with a wrench (usually 7/16") by sliding it under the thermal overload switch and then turning impeller. If the impeller has a bolt or screw in the middle remove that first. It should be reverse thread so make sure you don't turn the wrong way and break or strip. If there is no screw, or after you've removed it, just spin the impeller off (it should be counter clockwise standard thread). If you can't do it by hand and assuming you don't have an impeller wrench, be very careful and use a large pliers, pipe wrench, or strap wrench to loosen it. After that you unbolt the motor from the seal plate, pull the seal plate away from motor (this removes half the seal), and then pop the other half of the seal from the seal plate. Hope this helps. If you need further assistance post a reply in the comments, and don't hesitate to leave a good thumb rating if you found this helpful. Thanks, and good Luck!

2004 1200c clutch adjustments

Hi Anonymous, spray some silicone or brake kleen at the top inside of the rubber boot covering cable adjuster and slide boot off the adjuster. Back off jam nut and screw adjuster in to give excessive freeplay at clutch lever. Remove left foot rest. Remove large round clutch inspection cover, being carfull not to dislodge large quad seal on primary cover. Remove spring and hex lock plate from adjusting screw. Turn adjusting screw counter clockwise until resistance is felt, then clockwise 1/4 turn. Re-install hex lock plate and spring and clutch inspection cover and footrest. Back out adjusting screw on cable so that while pulling the clutch lever with one hand and pulling the clutch cable with the other hand you achieve 1/16" to 1/8" free play. Tighten jam nut, slide rubber boot back over cable adjuster and your good to go. Good luck

Replace clutch cable

In the middle of the clutch cable under a rubber boot is the adjustment for the cable. Slide this down to access the adjuster. This may take a little effort to do. Use a 1/2 inch wrench to hold the adjuster and a 9/16 to loosen the lock nut. Turn the lock nut and adjuster all the way to the top. Remove the retaining ring on the underside of hand control and remove pin. Remove clutch lever. Slide out the pin holding the clutch cable in place. Remove derby cover, the large round cover where the cable enters buy removing the four hex screws. Remove spring with attached hex lock plate. Use a flat head screw driver to turn adjusting screw clockwise to release ramp and coupling mechanism. it should move forward and make the cable slack enough to remove it. Unscrew nut from adjusting screw, remove the cable end from small slotted end of coupler. Unscrew the cable from primary cover.

Screw the new cable in to the cover, reconnect cable to the coupler. Leave derby cover off and re-install everything, except spring and hex plate. Turn the clutch adjusting screw counter-clockwise until resistance is felt, then back-off 1/4 turn. Re-install spring and hex plate, you may have to wiggle the hex nut a bit to get everything to line up. Replace the derby cover. Turn adjuster on the cable down until there is about 1/16 free play at clutch handle. Tighten the adjuster lock nut. Slide the protective boot back over the cable adjuster. I recommend using zip ties to seal the boot. Place a zip tie at the bottom of the boot first. Then using some WD-40, insert the straw a good bit in to the top of the boot. Spray slowly until foam starts coming out the top. Seal the top of the boot with a zip tie. This will keep the adjuster from rusting. That's it your done.

How do you take off the motor from the pump assembly

Turn the circuit breaker off to the pump. Undo the band that holds the motor and flex plate to the pump. Unscrew the 5 screws on the diffuser ( front of pump ) That will expose the impeller. Remove the rear cover of the motor, (2 -1/4" screw heads) Pull off the rear cover. The impeller might have a screw in the center of it. If it does, the screw is left handed thread. Turn the screw clockwise to remove. Use a 7/16" open end wrench to hold the shaft at the rear of the motor. Put the wrench behind the plate with the two springs on the shaft. You might have to turn the shaft a little to get the wrench on. Remove to screw and remove the impeller, (counter clockwise). Unscrew the 4 motor flange bolts and pull the flex plate from the motor.

How to seperate pump from motor

Disconnect all power. Remove the six bolts holding the seal plate to the wet end. Remove the two small allen screws to remove the diffuser. Remove the dust cap from the end of the motor and secure the shaft from moving. If installed, remove the Phillips head screw in the center of the impeller by turning clockwise (left hand threads). You can now remove the impeller by turning counter clockwise, note that you may need an impeller wrench to remove it and a specific tool to hold the shaft while you remove the impeller. Once the impeller is off you can remove the four bolts that hold the motor to the seal plate. This process just needs to be reversed to re-install but you will need a new shaft seal (PS-1000).

Trouble installing replcement gasket in Solis Crema SL 70

SL 70/90 Brew Head Gasket Replacement Time 1 to 2 hrs Tools # 2 allen wrench # 1 Phillips screw driver # 2 Phillips screw driver # 13mm wrench First unplug the machine. Next remove the screw in the top back of the machine. Push the top forward with your fingers. This unlocks the top and it can be placed behind the machine with the wire connected. Next rotate the steam knob counter clockwise till it stops. Inside next to the micro switch there is a brown cam. On the backside of the cam is the #2 allen screw. Loosen this screw and the rotate the steam knob clockwise until it is removed. Now remove the clip on the steam manifold that holds the steam wand. There may be a plastic tie that is securing the clip. Cut it. Pull out the steam wand and let it rest on the bottom cover. Next remove the 4 large screws that hold the cover plate around the brew head. This will allow the cover plate to drop down and swivel on the steam wand, exposing the nuts that hold the boiler on the bottom metal plate. The nuts that hold the boiler on are # 8. Before you loosen the nuts you need to remove the water inlet nut on the side of the boiler. It is a #13 wrench. Remove the water line. Now remove the nuts that hold the boiler on.
