Try C5804 or J6812 instead of bu2527..replace IRF630 in 50 volt supply line.it may b faulty...bt if problem after that then flyback transformer may b faulty. repalce it with same one.

My monitors light is blinking with a tick tick sound

Possible fault is A) blown LopT driver transistor, B) some of the rectifying Diodes in Power supply is short or open, thus not suplying needed voltage to circuitry. Also check all electrolytic capacitors in PSU circiuit & around Lop T. If any of them is geting hot or olstic cover is cracking or shrinking , or capacitor is bulginh\g on top.... Replace.

My samsung syncmaster 794 monitor light is blinking but monitor not get on

If you tested that to another working CPU but the same problem before, i think that monitor has a problem in horizontal section, check the B+ atlaest 175v if is it normal the power supply is ok, check the H.O.T horizontal output transistor, remove or hang the 3 pins then power on the monitor, if the led did not blinking the H.O.T has fault may be leak, open or shorted.

IT goes into black mode.. seems completely stalled and it clicks none stop. I could after a few off/on it was coming back but now... it's completely dead... the monitor is not even 2 years old...

Most LCD monitors fail after a couple of years!
Most common failures in the LCD monitors are bad capacitors (bulging top/seal or leaking) in the power supply, blown fuses, poor solder joints, failed inverter circuits (blown fuse, shorted transistors, shorted/open transformers), bad lamps (poor solder connections or worn out lamps). You will need to open it up and inspect the inside, see example of failed SAMSUNG monitors to get some ideas what to look for: http://s807.photobucket.com/home/budm/allalbums
Post back what you see inside so we can guide you further and it will help out other people in the future also.

No power

That ticking is from the power supply section of the monitor. It means there is a short circuit somewhere in the unit. Usually this is a part called the horizontal output transistor, which is mounted on a metal heat sink somewhere on the circuit board. It is possible to repair by replacing the transistor with the same part number (the number is on the transistor). Sometimes other parts are bad too, though, so the repair could be more difficult than that.

the old ticking sound... yes.. it means your power supply shut down and continously trys to reboot ... hense the tick sound as the voltage rises and fails.

Means you got a short somewhere. Most likely the obvious high power consuming High Voltage Suppy... and as I found in 99.9 percent the Horizontal power Transistor shorted... 80 percent Flyback, 10 percent audio... 10 percent some odd circuits like vertical or yoke as shorted.

you have a short.

the cuestion is if every time it shut down you have the hot shorted,or not. have measure the flyback/yoke/Hot working current? it must be under 0.6Amp ,if is greater something is wrong and cause overheating.Normally I touch with my fingers to "measure" the temperature. and what about the Micro?.there´s one pin that control power on/off ,is it good-solid data or is crazy . micro gets hot, have a correct 5Volt on its VDD pin. lot of cuestion that I hope helps you!!!

follow the diagram, the base of the hor out should go to the secondary of the hor drive transformer, and going to the primary circuitry you should find a transistor, a small transistor, look for its collector and you should find a filter capacitor, may not be the same value but it is the filter capacitor.
