In that box that asks you for the password, can you type in the username Administrator with no password and get in? I am wondering if your admin account actually has a password assigned, which most do not. Give it a try and see what happens. Let me know if this works, please.

Hold F8 on boot up, and boot into Safe Mode. There will be an Administrator account, which you can use to reset your account password.
If somehow the Administrator account is disabled, you can use alternative methods like: this, this and this.

No password

I don't if it work for you or not!
but it is the easiest thing to do now!
Step 1: Start Windows PC
Step 2: When you can see the Windows login screen, press ctrl+alt+del keys Twice and it'll show Classic Login box
Step 3: Type Administrator as Username and leave the Password field blank
Step 4: Press the Enter Key and then you can be able to login the default windows administrator account which is it created by default when install windows.

Note: When you input the key combination Please don’t put the cursor on any account. And if you change the name or password before, you cannot login by this way.

I cant remember my password to get on my computer how do i get on it

Firstly windows has an account called "administrator" which doesn't normally show up on the welcome screen but you can get to it either by booting in safe mode (it does show up on the welcome screen when in safe mode) or by pressing ctrl+alt+del at the welcome screen to get an old fassioned login dialog. Often this account will have no password on it.

If the administrator account is locked out or has a password on it then there is a third party password reset and account unlocking tool available from http://www.windowsloginrecovery.com

I've forgotten my password to log onto windows on my sony notebook pcg-8j2m

As far as I know , there are two main methods to solve the windows password problem as follows:
1st Method:
Start system and when you see Windows Welcome screen / Login screen, press ctrl+alt+del keys twice and it'll show Classic Login box. Now type Administrator (without quotes) in Username and leave Password field blank. Now press Enter and you should be able to log in Windows.
Now you can reset your account password from Control Panel - User Accounts.
Same thing can be done using Safe Mode. In Safe Mode Windows will show this in-built Administrator account in Login screen.
2th Method:
Windows password Recovery Tool software:
for example:Windows Password Recovery It is easy and convenient to use.

you are going to need to power up your Windows XP computer. then hit CTRL/ALT/Del twice to reboot. Then during the reboot hit CTRL/ALT/Del again to enter the screen to reset all passwords.

If this does not work you will have to use your restoration disk.
