Question about Microsoft Windows XP Professional With Servise Pack 2 (e8503040) for PC
When I press F8 to go into safe mode, it comes up with the box that tells me to cnrl alt del and then I have to put in a password. How can I bypass this so I can go in to fix my password?
This was posted on your other request as well:
In that box that asks you for the password, can you type in the username Administrator with no password and get in? I am wondering if your admin account actually has a password assigned, which most do not. Give it a try and see what happens. Let me know if this works, please.

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
