This model not the best for doing & receiving pictures or texts. But I sometimes have issue above if someone has sent a message or a picture to me as part of a group message. I seem to have less issues if they send it to just me directly. Next time someone sends you one, text them back & ask them to send you pic/message seperately, not within a group & see if that helps
The iPhone doesn't support MMS messaging which includes videos, pictures and sound, it only supports text messages. You can email the photos to someone or yourself to get the pictures off your phone on the go.
Try sending a text to your phone and see if you can receive the message that you just sent and not just a blank message. Are you using some characters or emoticons? It probably is not readable on the recipient's phone. For example, on the iPhone, one can send a message with Emoji but the other models will not be able to view it and instead just receive a blank message.
Most carriers don't allow direct picture texts. email or click the link. Having said that you'll need to call them and ask how to set up you username and password to get them. they do this so they get data usage out of you which they charge for. Instead of getting to send pictures basically for free with an unlimited texting plan. They do however let non smartphones do it.Dumb.
