the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).

I descaled my coffee maker with 1 1/2 gal vinegar after flushing all the vinegar through it, the descale sign went off but now the coffeemaker keeps shutting itself off. It is "toast?"

Hi,

The problem is often that the machine develops a leak in the hose that is rightover the transformer...the water drips onto the transformer and kills that...then you have no power to run the machine.

Here is a tip that I wrote about this problem...

Keeps shutting off

Does it sound like it is trying to pump water for a minute, but does not actually pump any water from the reservoir, then shut off? If so, it is a common problem. Keurig will replace it, or you can fix it... click on my name and you'll see other areas where I have posted how to fix. I have another one here to fix and I'll have a video on youtube soon.

Never gets ready, keeps shutting off.

Try using a straw. Use it to blow thru the hole where the reservoir attaches. I tried this on my B40 and worked.

Unplug the unit for 20 seconds- 1minute. Plug it in again. You should be able to program from the menu. Hope this works.
