No driver available for the NS-DV2GC.

It must work without any installation. Sync it with Windows Media Player. If it needs something, then download it from the manufacturer's website.

Get the Insignia NS-DV2G (2GB) MP3 Player replaced if it is under warranty....... If not purchase a new one...............

It is available from RCA's website - I can't link to it directly, because it requires that you manually enter in your model #.
