Have you raised up the nolume at the iPod? It has to be about 60-70% of the full volumein order to provide enough audio signal to your Panasonic.
Try it and in case of a problem or clarification, don't hesitate to post me a reply before rejecting my answer.

Ops I think I've got your problem. You have to use a cable with 3.5mm jack at the one end (this for the iPod) and two RCA jacks at the other end (this for the aux input of the Panasonic); one RCA jack for the left channel and one for the right. The cable is very cheap, looks like this:

Here is a link for this cable at amazon, but you can find it at almost any local computer / electronics / audio shop. You can ask for it as audio cable with 3.5mm jack male at one end and 2 RCA male at the other end.

In case of a problem or clarification, don't hesitate to post me a reply before rejecting my answer.

The way I do it is to run a line between the Aux In RCA jacks on back of the SA-PM19 and the earphone jack on the iPhone, iPod, smartphone or MP3 player.

How do you hook up an i-pod to a KDC-135 AND HEAR IT?

You will need a 3.5mm mini to mini cable (available at any good car audio store for between $10-20. Plug that into the headphone jack on your ipod and then into the aux input on your stereo. Then select aux-in as the source on your Kenwood. Now play the music on your ipod at about 3/4 volume on the iPod.

Check Radio Shack, thay make an adaptor with a white and red audio plug that can connect to an input on the receiver (AUX) the other end goes into the headphone jack on the iPOD.

Haveing trouble hearing sound when I have my IPod connected

You need a AI Net cable or Speed Cable... It plugs into the back of the radio (looks like a circle with holes), and the other end can have a "Y" plug (headphone jack and iPod flat jack). The headphone jack for sound, the flat jack to charge he iPod while listening. I just bought mine on Crutchfield.com for $29.99. With the discount code: 3A156 you can get standard shipping free. The item # is: 127ICALPA and it's named "PAC iPod Adapter for Alpine".

Can't get ipod to play on Panasonic SA HT-940 System

I have a panasonic home theatre and my ipod connects in the front of the system. The cable is basically a headphone cable with the same JACK at either end. In short the system is the headphone but you don't put it in your ears!!. You can pick these cables up from virtually any electrical retailer for less than the price of a pint!

Hi, I have the Panasonic SA-EN9, and if you plug your mp3 player (I have and ipod) into the auxiliary socket you should be able to play it by pressing the AUX button on the remote provided.
Hope It Helps :)
