This indicates and error with the printhead. lull out the printhead and reseat it. If the message persists, you will need to replace the printhead. Normally, the error message automatically resets when you have inserted an undamaged printhead.
Let me know if you need additonal help or have questions. Thanks.

Pixma MP 600 uo52;printhead not compatable; soaked in water; washed;used alcohol;washed no sign of ink residue;dried; and switched on; same error; how can I remove the error code?

You can't. U052 means a dead printhead so the machine has determined that your printhead is not useable. This probably means the printhead has over heated or delaminated.

Canon printer MG5250 not printing error code UO52 saying the type of print head is incorrect install the correct print head

This is a common Canon error (been going on for years)

You can try removing all inks. Switch off and unplug from the wall.
Reinstall inks and switch on
(you may need to switch on first to align the print head) Switching off at the wall while the printheads are in view will leave them accessible.

What does the print head look like in the Canon MP530?

The print head is what's connected to the drive belt. It requires a lot of printer disassembly to get to. Check you tube for a video in how to change it.

My printer says UO52 after I loaded new CLI-BK cartridge? I did not touch the print head.

U052 is the error code for a bad printhead, not a bad ink tank, so that is a little odd. First try another ink tank, even your old one. Are you using refilled ink tanks? I see a lot of odd problems with refilled ink.
If a new tank doesn't work, you need a new printhead. It is user replaceable.

U052 error

UO52 error is either a print head temp sensor error or faulty EEPROM data from the print head. You need to re-set the print head. If that fails then a new print head is required.
