Question about Sony PSP (Piano Black)
This unfortunately can happen to PSP's, exactly the same thing happened to mine. The usual cause of it is when the memory card is removed while it is updating or the data being written corrupts. The other cause is losing power half way through the update causing the console to become "bricked". The only thing you can do if you have removed the battery and tried restarting it is to give Sony a call and explain that after updating the console did not work. They replaced mine free of charge. See how you get on.
