Musc won't transfer

My disk was about 70% full so I added a few more songs but when I disconnected it from the PC it said "blank." And now everything is gone. I tried to replace the songs and it goes through the motion to transfer the songs but once I try to plan them it shows the number of songs transferred, then blank. Helllppppp
