three things to check out.
1)the fan wiring's are they getting cut in between or burnt or short.
2)if the wires are proper ,then its faulty fan motor the Fan needs replacement.
3) if the compressor relay is faulty then also fan will not work.the relay is located beside the fan and compressor.
if not familiar with checking a local repair technician familiar with your brand /model is advisable.
to get required parts you can get it from
or from www.partselect.com
its a common problem occurs many times and checking /replacing the listed parts solves the problem.
This will help. Thanks please keep updated.please do rate the solution positively .thank you for using fixya.

Fridge section not cooling and fan is not running. The fan should actually run, then only fridge section will get cold.
working procedure of this unit is as follows: --- The compressor starts then it
cools the freezer section. When the freezer reaches its cooling level the
defrost cycle starts functioning. In this cycle the fan in the freezer section
starts running and the cool air in the freezer section is passed to the fridge
section and the fridge section gets cold. The air from freezer to refrigerator
passes from the section, in that section the damper is located.--------- But if fan is not starting to run, then how will cold air from freezer will get to the fridge section. They will just remain in freezer section and freezer will get bit more cool then required.---------
In some cases its seen, that freezer section gets over frosted and ice gets collected on the freezer fan too.And this causes problem.--------------
So first thing you try is , perform,
manual defrost reset procedure.--------- The manual defrost
reset procedure is as follows : ---- ----------- This should help.
First unplug the unit from main power outlet. Then empty whole unit completely. Then keep both the doors open. Wait for 24 hours. All the ice collected on the coils and in the freezer section will get melted. Clean the water from the sections. Then Connect the power cord of the unit to main power outlet after 24 hours/.Then set the temperature to normal in both fridge and freezer section. Then check, if still the fan is not starting to run in few hours then fan motor needs to be replaced. Its easy replacement.--------- Then see if the fridge section is getting cold or not.If still the fridge section is not getting cold with freezer fan running, then problem is defrost board. It has to be replaced.-------
So first thing you try is , perform,
manual defrost reset procedure.---------
The manual defrost
reset procedure is as follows : ----
----------- This should help. Thanks.Helpmech.
