I bought my seven-year-old daughter a RCA tablet DVD combo and I don't have the activation code her mother threw away the box and can't find the receipt I had no idea about this thing can anyone help me...

If the post the full model name someone might be able to help... and that would prolly depend on RCA using the same codes for all players in that series.

If you bought this new, ask the vendor.

If you bought it used, ask and RC supplier, or RCA itself.

AT&T GoPhone

Nothing we can do here but here's what you can do:

1. Call them back!  Demand "THEY" correct the problem.  It was they who screwed up in the first place. Ask them to tell you who to call.  Ask them to Issue you  a right number or replace the old one.  Get a "RMA" number so you can go back to the store where you bought it.   If you bought it on line the same thing.  Speak to the Manager, get his name or ID number.

2. OR...Go back to the store where you got it. Demand an immediate fix if you don't get satisfaction.

3. You live in Calif where I once lived.  Calif has several very powerful consumer laws.  Use them! Make many notes on who you talk too at AT&T, times and dates.  File a complaint with the local district attorneys office and the State Consumer Affairs office, all  on line too.  I'd go as far as calling the local district attorney office right from the "store" and file a complaint.  That'll get their attention.

I had a similar thing happen to me but with the Internet service with AT&T. I did all  the above. It went all the way to the State Attorney Office filing criminal charges for "consumer fraud" against AT&T in the state of New York because Calif Consumers Affairs Office didn't get a response from them.  It got fixed but unfortunately 1 year later but it fixed the problem for thousands of other people too.  AT&T's attitude is I'm big you're little.  I got over $3000 for my troubles in refunds.

You are not helpless fight them!

MY PC Desktop won't boot up, in the back off the tower a clicking green is blinking ,and on the motherboard is also a green light blinking ; i think it is the power supply What i did before this was...

First of all this might sound silly but when you say (turn it back on disconnect my old graphics card on safe mode) did you actually pull out the graphic card from the mother board while POWER WAS ON??? if so you definitively damaged something (the mother board or the power supply) to check you could try an other power supply if it still wont work than it's the mother board, now if I've miss understood your question it sounds like a SHORT CIRCUIT somewhere on the board check for lost screws that could have fallen and running loosely on the mother board while changing your hardware...

Hope this helps!

My HP pavilion has stopped running, no power to tower, just a blinking green light in the back of the tower. Everything else works fine monitor, printer. Do I need another power supply. My computer is 10...

I strongly advise you to replace your old (VERY OLD!!) PC with new one. Do not worry, you will not lose any data from your old PC if you will take hard drive off your old PC and fix to new one. Anyway, if you still want to keep your old PC (NOT RECOMMENDED) you will have to buy new Power Supply and clean up your PC inside.

Hello?????????! Where have you been living these last five years?? Under a rock in Podunk, Iowa?? Remember when VHS was duking it out with Betamax back in the 1980s? VHS eventually won in 1988. Now it is the 21st century and BlueRay and HD-DVD just concluded their war for supremacy of the new recording/viewing format.
In other words, your HD DVD will not play on your DVD machine. You can either stick with DVDs or buy a new machine. Read the paper; listen to talk radio, listen to a podcast; BE INFORMED.

How to install a dvd burner

First you shutdown your computer, then disconnect all power cords. I don't know if you have a tower or a deskpro, with the tower just slide the panel out pulling from the back, you may have to remove a piece from the front with a tower. Pay attension to how your cd rom is hooked up, I don't know if this is a combo (cd/dvd/RW) if it's a combo, if it is a combo you would have to take out the old drive and replace with the new, just pay attenion to how the old drive is hooked there should be two cords to connect to .  If there separate drives there should be an empty bay.  Let me know how your doing, and if I can assist you more.........Thanks, Heidi
