What is error code 61125

Hi, Anonymous 61125 is not an error code it is the current PPU (pulses per unit) number that has been downloaded to your ECM and is used to calibrate your speedometer. If you change tire size and or gearing your speedometer will become inaccurate, you need to recalibrate the speedometer, this can be done at your local Harley dealer or you can go online and purchase a calibration tool that is plug n play for around $100 there is a difference between stock EFI calibrations that may be causing some of the speed signal related issues you encounter. The stock calibrations for 2004 & later model years will write a PPU Value to the ECM. The current stock calibrations for 2003 & earlier models do not. The PPU Value is what controls the speed displayed on the speedometer, which in turn controls the turn signal cancellation. If you have downloaded a 2004 & later stock calibration into an ECM it should not be used on a 2003 or earlier motorcycle; the speedometer and turn signals will not function correctly even after updating the VIN and calibration to match the vehicle. How to reset/recalibrate your treadmill after replacing drive or incline motor,...

Make sure you recalibrate your treadmill after installing ANY controller, motor or console. You can NOT over calibrate your treadmill. You want to make sure you adjust your pedometer for the correct operating speed and incline adjustment. First plug in your treadmill, do not stand on the walking belt. Hold down the "Stop" and "Speed +" key and insert the safety key or magnet, let go of the two keys. Now press "Stop" key once. This puts you into the level 2 of calibration. Press the "Speed +" key slowly until you see 85 on the console, (at this point the display is going to show the percentage of motor usage and also the actual walking belt speed) at 85% motor usage your top speed should be between 10 and 10.5 MPH or (of 12 and 12.5) depending on the treadmill. You must know your treadmills top speed. (Important the motor may be damaged if you set the maximum speed higher than the maximum speed that your treadmill is made for). If the speed is higher than 10.5 or 12.5 then you need to turn the potentiometer down to the correct level. The adjustment is made with a phillips screwdriver, and the adjustment point is on the motor controller. It is a little square metal box with a yellow plastic adjustment screw inside. If the speed it to low you need to turn the potentiometer higher. Once the speed is correct you are done calibrating the speed. Press the (-) speed key to lower the percentage to (0). Next press the incline (+) button, this will make the incline motor go all the way to the maximum incline and come all the way down to the level position. Then remove the safety key and the treadmill will reset into the normal manual mode. Double check that the treadmill is operating at the correct speed and incline motor works correctly, by running maximum settings. Once you are done, be sure your treadmill is properly protected from surges from power spikes that can destroy the work you just performed.

Hope this helped.

The incline is stuck in the highest position

Try recalibrate. If that dont work, replace the incline motor.
  1. Press speed^ and stop simultaneously
  2. Insert key
  3. Press stop once
  4. Press Incline up
  5. (This should recalibrate incline). If this fails, replace the incline motor.

My 05 taurus hesitates at cruising i am thinking fueling problem

2005 Ford Taurus maybe needind a recalibration of the ECM.For lack of power at highway speed,Misfire at load?low RPM also,The operation of a fuel pressure sensor is to limit voltage to the fuel pump when certain amount of fuel is not needed, and increase voltage when fuel is needed. If anything you need a recalibration of the ECM.

My Bowflex Treadclimber keeps coming up with an Error L5. This error message shows up 5 seconds after turning the machine on. My husband looked it up yesterday and said that the machine needs to be...

L5 due to the screen is actually LS (lost signal) the first place to check is the gap of the speed sensor. under left treadle 2 black wires. Removing the rear covers will allow you to see the lwr cntrl board and move the belt by hand. The gren led light should flash once per revolution of the drive pulley. If not then it is the speed sensor. Adjust sensor to pully about thickness of a credit card. then calibrate unit.
LS is also tripped by any broken wires or bad connections. Start at sensor and board first.
