Remote lights/but fan doesn't work

think its same model but remote # is all i know its part-85094-01 must be the fan because remote lights when pressed. fan does not work by remote or chains-worked great then one day nothing. like a fuse blew but none of our fuses blew and all electronics in same room work fine
