There's a problem with the cyan, toner cartridge.
You need PWS to diagnose the fault. If you know how to get to the Cyan ROS unit you can check the wires for bad connection (or change the ROS if you have another one). You can also interchange the Cyan ROS unit with the Black ROS and see if the fault eventually changes to 006-375. In that case the problem is most probably in the ROS unit (that is now in Black position).
