Question about Garmin nuvi 650 GPS Receiver
Ok you have got a couple of options, the first being to get on the phone to Garmin and see if they will offer a replacement. Obviously if the unit is out of warranty they more than likely wont and will want to charge you a large amount of money to get it fixed.
The other option is to fix it yourself. You can buy just a new touchscreen for your unit for around £20 ($30) off of ebay.
This is obviously going to be the cheaper option if the unit is out of warranty.
Hope this helps and thank you for using FixYa

Your touchscreen should now be recalibrated.
If the screen is still not responding, then the unit will need to be replaced with a new unit at this time.
