I have not used CapturePerfect 3.0. Hope the scanner is just fine. Try count only mode to check if it is okay.
Uninstall Captureperfect. Run chkdsk/scandisk to check if OS is ok. Reinstall Captureperfect again and it should work.

I've read from a website that this software and the company that made this has been out of business for sometime...so, prolly activating DVD XCOPY is impossible...I recommend just use other and way MUCH better softwares...check this thread, i think they are having the same prob as you...

Try to install the new software and see if it will uninstall it for you, or upgrade it to the new. If not then try to find the folder the old program is in and see if there is an uninstall program, if so run it, if not then try to delete that folder and then install the new software.

Try starting Windows in safe mode and see if you can delete it then. If not, run msconfig and check services and startup items to see if a program is running that you are not aware of. If so disable it.

when you log into your paypal acc. you will see all of your current transactions also a view all of my transactions shortcut bar if its not located in your most current transaction list click on the view all of my transactions shortcut
you might have to select dates ranging from the current to a specific date
open up a dispute in resolution tab you will have to find this transaction and copy the details down (date/item no/etc...(write them down) make a list of payments (money spent) also you might contact the bank or the account where your money was taken get a copy of all financial transactions
other than that
you will have to contact paypal give them a free call 1800-073-266
6.00 to 22.00 AEST/AEDT to resolve this issue
