Question about Konica Minolta bizhub C250 All-In-One Laser Printer
This is the message that apears on the screen when I turn on my Konica Minolta Bizhub C250:
Malfunction detected. Please call your technical representative.
I already reboot it, also pressing the utility key, but it keeps on apearing...
What else can I do?
I have come across this kind of problem.
Is your BizHub on the network? If yes, please switch it off completely, and take the Ethernet cable out of the BizHub.
Wait for atleast 30 seconds and reconnect the cable. Now start the printer again and see if the error message goes away.
