Clean your computer of dust using a fine air blower from a compressor specifically around your central processing unit making sure there is no moisture in the air line
as dust will cause a lot of static which will make a computer overheat and cause lots of problems
hope this helps

Optiplex GX280 - loud fan at start up and amber power light - does not boot and no light at the back

Apply pressure on the heat sink fan right before you press the power button and continue applying pressure. Watch your screen if you see it boot this means its a problem with your processor clamp that applies pressure to the processor. Try to remove the top part of the clamp. Shouldn't be too hard with some needle nose pliers. Then just replace the heat sink and fan with out that clamp.

Lga motherboard no display, processor doesn't heat

if your processor does not heat up it's probably dead.. try running it without the fan and see if the heat sink still doesn't heat up

Boot problem

Sounds like your CPU fan may be failing (bearings seizing), and that is either causing the CPU to overheat and shut down, or the fan may be drawing excessive power and causing power droops.

Power supply

as i think ur processor over heated. or processor can dos not work fine or heat sink not installed properly. remove heat sink, and use heat sink component (a whithe colour gel. u can buy it any computer accessories shop) use it top of ur processor then attached heat sink. and connect processor fan. before installing heat sink check processor fan. then cleare CMOS by removeing battery (because this problem also can happen wrong frequency setting in CMOS setting).
