Question about HP Pavilion dv9000 Motherboard
1. Try to clear all the dust by using blower and not sucking section. If possible use soft brush to clear any hard dust.
2. Try removing memory and replacing it after cleaning the slots.
3. Remove the processor and replace it in position, at the time of replacing even clean the heat sink compound and apply new heat sink compound.
After 1 and 2nd step try turning it on. It it does not help then only try the third step
