My pc is not finding

my pc is not finding the camera i have redune the cd but still nothink i put the u.b.s lead in and then press disk drive and nothink happens

did you turn the camera on? i know it sounds too easy, but i've forgotten to do that plenty of times. otherwise, you may need a new usb cable.
