You have the option of using their knowledge base to see if any of the posted questions will help you. Or, you can send an email to them to address the issue and you can call them directly. If you decide to call, I would recommend the "GE Answer Center", or the "GE Warranty Management" links. Since you just purchased the item recently, they still may honor a replacement or free repair if there's something wrong with the appliance. Since you can't find your receipt, your serial number may come in handy to prove this point. The first two letters "FR" indicate that this applaince was manufactured in February of 2008 which makes it about 3 months old. Most manufacture warranties are for one year. With this information and a store number of the Wal-Mart where you purchased the item from, you shouldn't have any problems resolving this issue. I hope this information is helpful to you.
