Question about AquaVac Tigershark Plus Robotic Automatic In Ground Pool Cleaner
Same thing happened to mine. Do you have a schematic for the circuit board? I took mine apart (I know, I shouldn't). When I hit drive motor directly with 24V DC from separate power supply, motor works. Is there a fuse/relay/etx on the board I can replace? What if I bypass the board and wire 24 VDC direct to the drive motor? I know it won't reverse, but at least it will move when it's on?

Thank you for posting your question here on Fixya.com.
Look as best you can inside the side plates around the tracks for debris obstructing the tracks. If you need to, remove all 7 screws inside the cleaner to remove a side plate and clear whatever may be inside. If nothing is blocking the tracks the motor unit has failed and needs to be replaced. For an estimate or for information about getting it serviced please contact us thru our site at www.arrowpools.net.
